QueueWhen an application is submitted, it is placed in the queue. For information about availability, see News. If the requested moving-in-date has passed and the applicant has not received an offer, the applicant needs to contact UAC by email within one month in order to remain in the queue for accommodation for a maximum period of six months from the original requested moving-in-date. If we do not hear from you within one month from the requested moving-in-date we will assume that you have arranged for other accommodation and your application will be removed from the queue. If the original requested moving-in-date on the application is passed with six months and we have not been able to offer the applicant accommodation, the application will be removed from the queue. OfferIf there is accommodation available, an offer is sent by email to the applicant. The offer must be replied to within five days or the application will be removed from the queue. The applicant may turn down one offer and remain in the queue for a second offer. Offers are sent earliest two months before the requested moving in date. This means that if you applied in March for an apartment from November, you will receive an offer no earlier than in the beginning of September.
