QueueWhen the application is submitted, it is placed in the queue. For information about waiting time, see News. If the requested moving-in-date on your application has passed without your receiving an offer, your application will be removed unless you contact UAC to update your application. OfferIf there is accommodation available, an offer is sent by email to the applicant. The offer must be replied to within five days or the application will be removed from the queue. The applicant may turn down one offer and remain in the queue for a second offer. Offers are sent earliest two months before the requested moving in date. This means that if you applied in March for an apartment from November, you will receive an offer no earlier than in the beginning of September.
