ArrivalYour accommodationThe accommodation has been checked by a representative from UAC before your arrival. Should you have any questions or complaints, we ask that you contact info@uac.se within two days after your arrival. You are expected to keep the accommodation clean and tidy throughout your stay and to leave it clean for the next tenant. Collecting keysThe keys are available at our reception at Fogdevreten 2 A between 13.00-15.00 on the starting date of your contract during regular office days. For arrival during non-office hours/days, please contact UAC and arrange for a colleague or friend to pick up the keys in advance for you. At the accommodation area Jägargatan, the keys are picked up in a key box in the building. Information about entrance codes etc will be sent to you by email 1-2 weeks before arrival. If you have not received any information please contact UAC. If you are an exchange student who will be staying at Strix or Pax, you can ask for a Global Friend to pick up the keys for you if you are arriving outside office hours. Please contact Global Friends Online DepositFor all areas except Jägargatan, a refundable deposit is charged (see your contract). The deposit is charged on the first rental invoice. Rent paymentThe first rent and deposit are to be paid upon arrival or within ten days of the starting date of your contract.
