Contract

Cancellation

• late cancellation of a contract before arrival is charged one monthly rent or a cancellation fee

Extension

• request for an extension of a contract needs to be made two calendar months before the end of the current contract and in writing (email or letter)

Termination of contract

• during the time of lease the tenant has a notice time of two calendar months
• notice to the apartment/room needs to be made in writing (email or letter)
• giving notice less than two calendar months before moving out means that the tenant is obliged to pay rent for two calendar months from the date of giving notice.

Changing accommodation

• tenants who wish to change accommodation within the organization are charged a transfer fee of SEK 500
