Departure

We kindly ask you to empty your room/apartment and return the keys at the latest 09.00 on the date of departure written on your contract.

A few weeks before the expiration date of your contract you will receive departure information by email. Before leaving your apartment/room we ask that you follow the instructions for the respective area.

Failure in leaving the accommodation in a satisfactory condition will result in our withholding part, or the total amount, of the deposit paid.

The keys are to be returned to UAC on time on the day of departure, or we will withhold part of your deposit.

Please note that it is your reponsibility to notify UAC by email within two months from your departure about

• your visa/master card number + expiry date or
• bank account number (see details below)

The following information is needed for transfer

to Swedish accounts:

• Name of account holder

• Bank account number

• Sort code (clearing number)

to accounts in EU member states:

• Name of account holder

• IBAN (International Bank Account Number)

• SWIFT/BIC (Bank Identifier Code)

to accounts in the rest of the world:

• Please check with your bank exactly what kind of information we need in order to make the transfer to your account as there is no standardized approach.
