By submitting this request I agree that the caretaker or a representative from UAC enters my apartment/room without my presence.

 

 

 

Broken light bulbs

Please note that broken bulbs are to be replaced by the tenant. New bulbs can be bought in any grocery shop.

Bulbs that are already broken when you move in must be reported to UAC within two days from your arrival.

 

Damages

You are obliged to report any new damages in the apartment/room to the UAC office with no delay.

Damage that is caused by the tenant or has become manifest only after the final inspection will be charged to the tenant.
