Rent

• Rent is charged per day in accordance with the arrival and departure dates of the contract
• The first rental invoice is sent by email and is to be paid upon arrival
• The following invoices are sent by email around the 20th with a due date two days prior to the end of the month
• Rent is always paid in advance for the following month
• The rent includes water, heating and electricity
• The rent during the lease may be raised reflecting an increase decided by our landlord
  
  

Payment

UAC reception

• Bank card (Visa, Maestro or MasterCard) is accepted for payment at the UAC reception. No cash payments.

Bank office*

• Cash or card payment, but usually for a considerable service fee
• Forex bank is recommended (www.forex.se )

Small shops*

• Cash or card payment at shops with payment services, look for the sign "Direkten". See www.kassagirot.se (information in Swedish).

Internet bank*

• Payment must be made in SEK
• If paying from a foreign internet bank, the IBAN number must be used (see the invoice)

Payments from abroad*

• Payment must be made in SEK
• The IBAN number must be used (see the invoice)

* Please note that you must state your name and invoice number when paying. UAC does not have OCR numbers.

Late payment

• Tenants who fail to pay in time will be charged a reminder fee of SEK 50
• Tenants who repeatedly fail to observe the due dates will be given notice of termination of contract
