Rent

• Rent is charged per whole or half month (except for Jägargatan, Strix and Pax where a daily fee is charged)
• The first rental invoice is to be paid within ten days of the starting day of the contract
• The invoices are sent by email to our tenants around the 20th each month
• Rent is to be paid in advance, no later than two days prior to the end of the month
• The rent includes water, heating and electricity
• The rent during the lease may be raised reflecting an increase decided by our landlord
  
  

Where to pay

• Rent can be paid by bank card (such as Visa or MasterCard) at the UAC reception. No cash payments are accepted.
• Rent can be paid with cash or card at stores with payment services via Kassagirot, see www.kassagirot.se (information in Swedish)
• Rent can also be paid with cash or card at banks, but for a considerable service fee
• UAC does not have OCR numbers and we need name and invoice number as well as apartment/room number when paying via kassagirot, bank or internet. All this information is found on the invoice.
• Payments from abroad are not accepted
  
  

Late payment

• Tenants who fail to pay in time will be charged a reminder fee of SEK 50
• Tenants who repeatedly fail to observe the due dates will be given notice of termination of contract
